Each user account is personal and non-transferable.

Africasa reserves the right to moderate or delete any non-compliant advertisement.
7. User Obligations

8. Responsibilities
Annonceurs : Les annonceurs sont seuls responsables des annonces qu’ils publient et des transactions effectuées.
Site : The Site acts as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for disputes between users.
9. Data Protection
Users' personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Each user has the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
